Heather Griffiths, a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2010, earned her Advanced Foot Nursing certification in 2020 and became a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2015. 

With over a decade of experience, she is dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to her clients in Nelson BC. Heather  continues to stay updated with the latest advancements in her field through ongoing education.
